Truth questions for any age group
This page deals truth questions for truth or dare, one random card at a time. You get a question someone has to answer honestly, such as “What is the strangest thing in your fridge right now?” or “Have you ever talked to your toys?” The deck has 116 truths split into kids, teens and adults sets, and every one is clean. Use it on its own for a truths only round, or next to a dare deck and a player picker for the full game.
How to draw a truth
- Under Show, keep the age groups that fit your players. All three are on at first.
- Press Next, the space bar or the right arrow key.
- Read the truth to the player whose turn it is.
- When they answer, press Next for the following player.
Previous (or the left arrow key) shows the card before. The counter tells you how many truths are left, and the deck only reshuffles after every truth in your filter has come up. Start over clears the Seen so far list.
The three sets
- Kids (38). Funny fears, favorite foods, the messiest spot in your room.
- Teens (39). First crushes, embarrassing texts, the most used emoji, school moments.
- Adults (39). Worst jobs, cooking disasters, travel stories, small money mistakes.
Pairing it with other tools
Truth or dare has three parts: who goes, truth or dare, and which question. Each tool on this site handles one part.
Spin the bottle picks the player
Type everyone’s names into spin the bottle, 2 to 16 players. Spin, and the bottle points at whoever goes next.
The player chooses, then you draw
If they say truth, press Next on this page. If they say dare, draw from the dare generator. Keep the two decks open in separate browser tabs and switch between them.
Or let a wheel decide everything
The truth or dare questions wheel picks a truth or a dare for you from 60 clean questions. When that wheel runs low, this deck adds plenty more truths.
When truths alone work best
Car rides
Nobody can do a dare in a seat belt, so play truths only and take turns.
Video calls
Share your screen and read a truth to each person in order.
Sleepovers
Use the Kids set and let each child press Next for the friend next to them.
Getting to know a new group
The Adults set has easy work and travel questions that do not put anyone on the spot.
House rules
Agree on a pass rule before the first card, like one skip per player per game. Answers stay in the room. Nobody has to explain why they passed.
Fair order
The deck is shuffled with your browser’s cryptographic random generator, so nobody can line up a hard truth for a friend. It is free, runs in your browser, and needs no account.

Frequently asked questions
How many truth questions are there?
There are 116 truths: 38 for kids, 39 for teens and 39 for adults. Use the chips under Show to pick which age groups are in the deck.
Are the truth questions clean?
Yes. Kids get silly questions about food, pets and school. Teens get crushes, phones and awkward moments. Adults get work, money and travel stories. Nothing is crude.
How do I play full truth or dare with this page?
Use the spin the bottle page to choose a player. If they pick truth, press Next here. If they pick dare, draw from the dare generator instead.
What is a pass rule?
It is a limit you agree on before the game, such as one pass per player. A player can skip a truth they do not want to answer, and the group moves on with no questions asked.
Can I mix kids and teens questions?
Yes. Leave both chips on and turn off Adults. The deck then draws from 77 truths.
Does the deck remember which age groups I picked?
Yes. Your chip choices are saved in this browser, so the same filter is ready next time you open the page.
