Every message goes to the people who build and maintain Online Picker Wheel. There is no ticket system and no chatbot in between, so a short, clear email is all it takes. We try to reply within a few business days. Messages in any of the site's languages are welcome: English, Spanish, Japanese, French, German, Portuguese, Korean and Italian.
What you can write to us about
- Bug reports. A tool that does not spin, a result that looks wrong, a button that does nothing, or a page that does not fit your phone screen.
- Tool ideas. Something you wish you could pick at random but cannot find here. Tell us what you want to pick from and who it is for, such as a classroom, a stream, a sports team or a family game night.
- Corrections. Team rosters, league line-ups, countries, states and capitals change from time to time. If a list is out of date, send the fix and a source, ideally an official one, and we will update it.
- Translations. If a word on a translated page sounds unnatural or is simply wrong, tell us the page address and the better wording.
- Privacy questions. Questions about how the site handles data, or a request about an email you sent us earlier. Our privacy policy and cookie policyexplain the details.
- Business, press and advertising. Partnerships, media questions, or permission to feature a tool in an article or video. Please put "Business" in the subject line so we can find it quickly.
How to write a helpful bug report
A few details let us reproduce a problem on the first try instead of going back and forth by email:
- The address of the page, for example the link to the tool you were using.
- Your device and browser, such as "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows laptop, Chrome".
- What you did, step by step, and what you expected to happen.
- What happened instead. A screenshot or a short screen recording helps a lot.
- If the problem is with a wheel you built, the share link from the Share button. It carries your entries and settings, so we can open exactly the wheel you see. Leave out anything private.
Things we cannot help with
- Recovering lost wheels. Your entries, saved wheels and results are stored only in your own browser. We never receive them, so we cannot restore them after site data has been cleared. Export a CSV or keep a share link for lists you want to keep.
- Checking or changing a result. Every pick is made on your device with your browser's cryptographic random number generator. We cannot see who won a draw and cannot change it.
- Running your giveaway. The tools pick winners, but the rules of a contest, prize delivery and legal requirements are up to the person running it. See our terms and conditions.
- Questions about other companies. Online Picker Wheel is not affiliated with Instagram, the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, Nintendo, The Pokémon Company or any other brand named on the site. Questions about their products belong with them.
Before you write
Many questions are already answered on the tool pages themselves. Each tool has a short guide and a list of common questions under the tool, covering things like weights, removing winners, sharing a wheel and embedding it on your own site. The list of all tools is a good place to start, and the about page explains how the random picks work.
